Pantrio stores the data you create — your shopping lists, items, and the lists shared with you — together with the basic profile information (name, email, avatar) provided by your chosen sign-in provider.
If you connect an AI agent via the MCP integration, that agent acts under your account and can read and modify only the lists you can access. You can revoke access at any time by signing out, which invalidates the token.
Pantrio's backend is self-hostable. When you run your own instance, your data resides on infrastructure you control and is governed by your own policies.
